Delivery & Returns

How long is the delivery time?
  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1-2 working days
  • Europe: 2-5 working days
  • Other countries: 3-6 working days
Please note that delays may occur due to high volumes at the shipping company or an increased number of orders in our warehouse. If unexpected delays arise, we will contact you personally.
 
Where do you ship?
We currently ship worldwide.
 
How much does shipping cost?
If your order exceeds €120, standard shipping is free in the Netherlands. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout, where you can also select your preferred carrier.
 
What happens if I do not collect my parcel?
If your products are returned to us due to failure to collect the package, we will charge a fee of €15. This fee covers shipping to and from your location as well as handling and restocking. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
 
What happens if my package or my products arrive damaged?
If you believe your order is damaged or faulty, please contact us at contact@vivianloomans.com with your order number, photographs, and a detailed description of the issue. Once we have received your information, we will process your request promptly.
 
Can I return my order?
You are welcome to return your order as long as the items are in resalable condition (with original packaging, tags, and/or labels) within 14 days of receiving your order. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded and a deduction of 10,- will be held from your refund total for the return label.
 
Please note, we do not include return labels in our packages. If you would like to make a return or exchange, follow these steps:
  • Contact us: contact@vivianloomans.com to initiate the return. We will then provide you with a return label.
  • Prepare your return: Package your return securely, including the original packaging, tags, labels, and your order number.
  • Ship your return: Send your package back to the address provided by our team.
